Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications to support and fulfill business requirements.
- Manage and optimize CMDB and ITSM processes, ensuring data integrity and efficiency.
- Support and enhance Change, Incident, Asset, and Problem Management processes.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
- Utilize your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues within the ServiceNow platform.
- Implement and manage ServiceNow Discovery to maintain accurate and up-to-date CMDB information.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's in computer science or related field.
- Experience : 3+ years of professional experience in developing and managing the ServiceNow platform.
- Expertise : Extensive knowledge of CMDB and ITSM processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
