Job Description :

We are is seeking a dynamic and organized Entry Level Events Assistant to help plan and execute a variety of company events.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to break into the events industry and gain hands-on experience in coordinating events ranging from corporate functions to promotional activities.

The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, have a strong attention to detail, and possess excellent communication skills.

Pay Range : $1150 - $1250 weekly

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of events including conferences, corporate meetings, trade shows, product launches, and more.
• Support event logistics, such as managing vendors, coordinating venue setup, catering, and technical requirements.
• Assist with guest lists, attendee registration, and communication with event participants.
• Coordinate event materials, signage, promotional items, and other supplies.
• Help ensure that all events run smoothly by providing on-site support during the event, including assisting with setup, registration, and breakdown.
• Maintain and update event calendars and timelines to ensure all event-related tasks are completed on schedule.
• Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to promote events and ensure brand consistency.
• Assist with post-event follow-ups, including gathering feedback and preparing reports on event success.
• Provide administrative support to the events team, including handling email and phone communications, filing, and data entry.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Event Planning, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and independently as needed.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on event schedules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Previous experience in event planning or hospitality is a plus but not required.
