Occupational Therapist - Topeka, Kansas

Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for patients in a sports rehab setting.
- Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions consistent with the standards of practice defined by the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) and the state of Kansas.
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to occupational therapy assistants and other support staff.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.
- Promote occupational therapy services within the medical center and the broader community.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Kansas.
- BLS certification.
- Strong clinical skills and experience in sports rehabilitation preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for helping patients achieve their maximum potential.
