Description :
We are currently seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for the 2024-2025 academic year in Austin, TX. This full-time position offers 37.
5 hours per week with a very reasonable caseload, ensuring that you can focus on providing quality care to your students.
As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a designated OT mentor and receive ample support throughout your journey.
This collaborative environment is designed to help you thrive and make a meaningful impact on the lives of the students you serve.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Implement evidence-based interventions to improve students' functional skills.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with team members.
Qualifications :
- Valid OT license in the state of Texas.
- Experience working with school-aged children is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
