LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Family Law Paralegal for our client in Edmonds, WA. This full-time direct hire position is fully onsite 5 days per week.
This role works within a great team that enjoys working together.
The Family Law Paralegal will be responsible for supporting attorneys with family law cases, including preparing legal documentation, interviewing clients and witnesses, performing legal research, and managing case files.
This role would be a great fit for an applicant with Washington state family law experience and exceptional organizational skills.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare legal documentation and process transactions for assigned attorneys
- Draft legal pleadings, discovery summaries, and responses
- Perform client and witness interviews
- Compile and summarize information from legal research
- Perform investigations to respond to litigation discoveries and inquiries
- Prepare trial binders, trial exhibits, and instructions
- Attend trials
Qualifications :
- 3+ years of experience supporting attorneys with high conflict and high asset family law cases
- Washington state and family law experience required
- ABA-approved paralegal certification or equivalent experience preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, and to exercise discretion and good judgment
- Excellent attention to detail

Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
