Position Summary

Provides supervision of the daily operations of departments requiring business expertise, assuring goals are obtained through planning, implementing and directing programs, procedures, systems and support personnel.

This role will support 1-2 clinics or specialty(ies), requiring regular travel several days each week to sites in the Metro area.

This is a working supervisor role with 30-50% business operations.

Required :

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Leadership experience

Preferred :

• AA degree plus 1+ years of supervisory / management experience
• Pediatrics, ambulatory care setting
• Specialty experience, where applicable

We carefully consider a wide range of factors including but not limited to market indicators for the specific role, the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate, and organizational needs.
