This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Elements business - Photoshop Elements, Premiere Elements, bundle of the two products -Annual and quarterly budget planningMarketing and promotional planning and executionIn-product communications planProduct planningRevenue responsibilityLead all aspects of launch execution with cross functional teamsWork closely with the retail channel and OEM sales teamsWork closely with the product managers to drive new features for each annual release and develop product plansManage Direct Marketing Manager -

Develop new user, upgrade, trial conversion emailsDevelop social and paid media and search campaignsDevelop new feature and overview videos for launchAnalyze results and optimize programsManage creative agency for all creative deliverablesManage Web Experience Manager -

Responsible for all Adobe.com web page layout, development and executionExecute quarterly promotionsDrive launch updates, localization and launch day executionTest and optimize web pagesAnalytics and optimizationsRequirement :

BA / BS degree preferred OR 7+ years in Product Marketing or marketing.Strong communication and relationship-building skillsStrong results orientation combined with excellent judgment and problem-solving skillsAbility to think strategically as well as manage hands-on executionAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisionsAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to shifting priorities

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets.

The U.S. pay range for this position is $117,900 $209,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.

Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
