Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of professional level experience as a Talent Partner for the full-cycle recruitment process; experience for an industrial company or agency preferred
- Networking : Expert at building & maintaining professional relationships
- Proactive : Always a step ahead in sourcing and attracting top candidates.
- Collaborative & Consultative : Trusted Advisor to Hiring Managers with an ability to provide insights & recommendations, while collaborating with multiple, varying stakeholders effectively
- Organized : Skilled at managing multiple projects & prioritizing tasks
- Communicative : Clear & concise communication across all levels in English and German
- Innovative & Curious Mindset : Willing to experiment with new methods & actively learn about the business you’re supporting
