Salary : $25.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experienceFull Job DescriptionVanguard Maintenance & Electrical, Inc. is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Assurance, Quality Control (QA / QC) & Safety Manager to ensure our projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

The QA / QC & Safety Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality control systems and safety protocols across our electrical projects.

This role is key to ensuring that all work complies with industry regulations, safety guidelines, and customer specifications.

We look forward to hearing from you!Responsibilities include but are not limited to : -Develop and implement QA / QC plans, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

• Conduct regular inspections and audits of job sites to assess adherence to quality and safety standards.-Oversee safety protocols, including developing safety training programs and ensuring proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Investigate and document quality and safety incidents, implementing corrective actions as needed to prevent recurrence.-Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, and electricians to ensure that all work meets established quality standards.
• Maintain and update safety certifications, documentation, and records in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Ensure that all employees are trained on safety protocols and quality control procedures.-Lead toolbox talks and safety meetings regularly to reinforce a safety-first culture.
• Work with vendors and subcontractors to ensure materials and services meet quality and safety requirements.-Track and report quality and safety metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with management to drive a culture of accountability, quality excellence, and safety awareness.The ideal candidate should possess : -Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, and safety management in the electrical or construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations, including OSHA and NEC.-Proven experience developing and implementing QA / QC and safety programs.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.-Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using QA / QC software and tools.-Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant certifications (, OSHA 30, Certified Safety Professional) preferred.-Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs, work in various environments, and occasionally travel to different job sites.
