Triad Electronic Technologies, a well established and growing electronics manufacturing partner dedicated to creating a cleaner, safer, healthier, and smarter world, is seeking a highly motivated Program / Account Manager with experience in circuit board assembly to join our collaborative team.
Responsibilities :
- Customer Relationship Management : Build and nurture strong client relationships within the electronics industry, gather feedback, and collaborate with internal teams to exceed customer expectations.
- Account Performance & Growth : Drive account growth by identifying opportunities, developing expansion plans tailored to electronics manufacturing needs, delivering quotes, and tracking progress.
- Financial Management : Monitor and manage account financials, including pricing, NWC utilization, and P&L performance, to mitigate risks and enhance account profitability.
- Business Unit Performance : Track KPIs, solicit customer feedback, and drive improvements to ensure optimal account performance in the context of electronics manufacturing.
- General Operations : Handle customer concerns, process orders for electronic components and assemblies, manage change orders, and oversee RMA procedures.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, or a related field.
- 3 5 years of experience in sales, program / account management, or engineering within the electronics manufacturing industry, with emphasis on circuit board assembly.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively across functions.
- Experience in a metric-driven environment and understanding of financials is preferred.
