Summary :
Triad Electronic Technologies, a well-established and growing electronics manufacturing partner dedicated to creating a cleaner, safer, healthier, and smarter world, is seeking an enthusiastic Associate Program / Account Coordinator to join our collaborative team.

Responsibilities :
- Customer Support : Assist in building and maintaining positive client relationships, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
- Account Assistance : Support Account Managers in gathering information, preparing quotes, and tracking project progress.
- Financial Coordination : Help monitor account financials, including pricing and NWC utilization, under the guidance of experienced managers.
- Operational Support : Assist with processing orders for electronic components and assemblies, change orders, and RMA procedures.
- Learning & Development : Actively participate in training and development programs to gain knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes and industry best practices.
Qualifications :
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, or a related field.
- 1 2 years of experience in a customer-facing or administrative role (experience in electronics manufacturing is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and willingness to take initiative.
