We are seeking a Shipping Coordinator to add to our Guest Experience team and will be responsible for managing all clothing and shipping for both our internal teams and guests.

The right candidate is guest / customer focused and thrives in an environment where they are energized by spending the large part of each workday working independently.

They will also possess a wide variety of skills including strong customer service experience and an understanding and passion for hospitality.

POSITION RESPONSIBILTIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO :

  • Being a champion for customer service and the customer at large throughout the entire organization through proactive collaboration with all departments.
  • Handle all guest shipments hitting our service level agreements. To include catalog requests, international guest packets, jersey exchanges, and one-off shipments for the Guest Experience department.
  • Organization of shipping area.
  • Management of Pitney Bowes, UPS, USPS, and FedEx accounts.
  • Owning the catalog return to sender processing and updating NetSuite.
  • Owning the hospitality gift process.
  • Shipping of race and cross-country guest packets.
  • Fulfilling guide clothing requests.
  • Partner clothing shipments.
  • Inventory management in the warehouse and at Trek.
  • Shopify management and orders.
  • Holiday milestone gifts.
  • Ordering supplies for any of the above as needed.
  • Reporting on key metrics.

This is a part time position. This position is based in Madison, Wisconsin. Interest in the active travel industry is beneficial, but not necessary.
