Your Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, innovative, and results-oriented Head of HR to join a revolutionary fintech music exchange company in the US.

This position offers a unique opportunity for ambitious professionals seeking to play a meaningful role in our continued growth while gaining significant experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.

The Head of HR will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.

As a Head of HR (Senior HR) at Musicow, you will be responsible for the following :

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Managing the recruitment and selection process.
  • Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Maintaining pay plan and benefits program.
  • Assessing training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Reporting to management and providing decision support through HR metrics.
  • Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • 7+ years of experience in HR management.
  • Proven working experience as an HR manager or other HR executive.
  • People-oriented and results-driven.
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.

We’d Love It If You Also Had

  • A master’s degree in human resources or related field.
  • SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) certification or other relevant certification.
  • Fluency in Korean is a plus.
