Job Title : Administrative Assistant - Internal AuditingJob DescriptionWe are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to perform internal auditing of phone calls and case files, assist with compiling and reviewing materials for client audits, and communicate with clients concerning audit and compliance matters.

This role involves very rare phone usage as most communication is conducted through email.ResponsibilitiesConduct internal audits of phone calls and case files.

Assist with compiling and reviewing materials for client audits.Communicate with clients regarding audit and compliance matters via email.

Utilize Microsoft Office and Excel to run reports and manage data.Ensure adherence to compliance and customer service standards.

Essential SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.Experience in compliance and customer service.Strong communication skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to run reports using Excel.Capability to work independently and within a team.
