Bayside Health & Rehabilitation Center in Virginia Beach, Virginia is seeking an Admissions Coordinator. Be the first point-of-contact for families, discharge planners and other new resident referral sources.
Work with Sales and Marketing and be involved in the community to make sure people are aware of the excellence in healthcare that Bayside Health & Rehabilitation Center offers.
The Admissions Coordinator is the liasion for referrals, tours and admissions. The duties of the Admissions Coordinator include but are not limited to :
- Answering questions
- Giving tours of the facility
- Coordinating the referral-to-admission process for inpatient rehabilitative services.
- Ensuring that all information is obtained, documented and communicated to the appropriate staff within the center
- Gathering and processing all daily census information within the MFA Corporate Guidlines
- Gathering and processing all information necessary to complete the preadmission review process
- Adhering to all MFA admisions operations standards, policies and procedures
An energetic, highly motivated team player is needed to assist the Admissions Director in a results-driven census culture.
This highly visible position requires a customer service professional that is detail oriented in a fast paced, multi-task environment.
Candidate must have a genuine desire to display excellence in first impressions and customer service. The Ideal candidates will be comfortable with public speaking and have experience in sales and marketing.
