We are seeking an Regional Marketing Manager in the Metro Detroit Area who is highly detail-oriented, has a positive attitude, and is self-motivated.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee Digital Marketing Campaigns : Plan and execute online marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • Oversee all Marketing Collateral : Review all promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and online content.
  • Create Marketing Plans : Develop comprehensive marketing and outreach plans for your portfolio to drive occupancy and engagement.
  • Analyze Marketing Data : Track and report on the performance of marketing strategies (email campaigns, Internet Listing Services, outreach, direct mailers, etc).
  • Coordinate with Brand and Social Media Coordinators : Work with graphic designers and other creatives to develop engaging content.
  • Resident Events and Marketing Events : Assist the site team in coordinating events such as open houses, ribbon cuttings, and community events.

Assist with planning and implementation of monthly resident events.

  • Ensure Brand Consistency : Maintain a cohesive brand image across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Manage Vendor Relationships : Negotiate contracts and coordinate with external vendors for various marketing needs.
  • Provide Training : Educate staff on best marketing practices, leasing skills, and new tools or technologies. Continuously build up and prepare team members for growth opportunities.
  • Develop Promotional Strategies : Identify and implement new promotional opportunities to drive traffic and increase engagement.
  • Innovative Research : Conduct cutting-edge research to stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and insights.
  • Monitor Competitors : Keep an eye on competitors' marketing activities and adjust strategies accordingly. Be the master of your market by analyzing current economic and market trends.
  • Implement CRM Tools : Train site teams on day-to-day lead management software and understanding of all CRM reporting.
  • Relationship Building : Build and develop strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members to foster collaboration.

Work alongside Regional Property Managers to ensure overall success and alignment of marketing strategies.

  • Work in New Construction Lease Ups : Seize the opportunity to be involved in new construction lease-up projects, contributing to their success.
  • Budget Management : Assist with annual marketing budgets and monthly variance reviews for marketing spend.
  • Site Visits : Conduct site visits to evaluate marketing, build relationships with teams, and ensure goals are being met.
  • Team Cheerleader : Be a team cheerleader by bringing enthusiasm and fun to the workplace, fostering a positive and motivating environment.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate or property management industry
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
