Description

As a Manager at the dynamic Escalation Management for Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS), your role will be to lead escalations received from top executives, internal team members and sellers.

You’ll work closely with a diverse group of stakeholders, to research the escalations and work with multiple teams to develop solutions ensuring smooth execution of projects in our fast-paced environment.

A key part of your role will be to use data-driven insights to make informed decisions, driving strategic alignment and innovation.

You’ll ensure that project outcomes align with our business strategy, contributing significantly to the growth and success of WFS.

Your project management expertise and leadership will be crucial in navigating organizational complexities and steering our team towards its strategic objectives.

What you’ll do

  • Drive & lead escalations received from Leadership and sellers and work across appropriate teams to research and develop solutions
  • Drive informed decision-making and ensures resolution of critical issues by partnering with senior leaders
  • Drive process improvements by overseeing and / or conducting gap analyses, evaluating, and determining practicality of improvement opportunities, developing improved processes based on findings from the escalations.
  • Collaborate with teams across the company to leverage processes to increase service and product capabilities and recommending adjustments and process improvement ideas to leadership.
  • Build strong and trusting relationships with team members and business partners, works collaboratively and cross-functionally to achieve objectives and communicates with energy and positivity to motivate, influence and inspire commitment and action.
  • Create a crisp write ups with the alignment from the stake holders and update the leadership
  • Track escalation action items to bring closure with bias for action

  • Developing project management plans Creating a comprehensive set of documents to guide the execution and control of the project, serving as a blueprint for how the project will be managed and delivered.
  • Driving cross-functional alignment Bringing stakeholders together to ensure everyone is aligned on project objectives, deliverables, issues, risks, dependencies, change management strategy and methodology being used.
  • Resolving issues - Identifying, addressing, and tracking problems that arise while identifying the impact and resolving those issues.
  • Data driven decisions - Interpreting data, crafting compelling narratives from it and identifying strategic directions based on data-driven insights.
  • Leading meetings - Setting the context based on past events, guiding the flow of conversation, and effectively steering the direction of meetings.

00 Sunnyvale, California US-04396 / San Bruno, California US-08848 : The annual salary range for this position is $91,000.

00-$169,000.00 Bentonville, Arkansas US-10735 : The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
