Job Description

See yourself here.

Onsite Women's Health is on a mission to improve women's healthcare.

In partnership with forward-thinking providers across the country, Onsite Women's Health offers comprehensive mammography services with clinical expertise, innovative technology, and proprietary protocols that delivers personalized, convenient breast care for the patient.

We offer employment opportunities unlike any found in more-traditional environments. All of our client practices are typically open Monday through Friday (no weekends!) during normal business hours.

The daily pace is rigorous but personal, so it's not for everyone.

Our community is built on the passion and experience of clinicians and staff who thrive with Onsite. You can too. Imagine being valued for what you know as well as your limitless learning potential.

We are the Onsite Community.

Convenience drives compliance, and compliance saves lives.

Convenience is critical to ensure that most women have time to remain compliant with their breast care. By offering mammography and breast care within the patient's primary care or OB / GYN practice and scheduling appointments in coordination with an annual exam, compliance is easier to accomplish.

Here is where you belong.

What makes our patients feel like VIP? Our staff. Do you have experience supervising in a fast-paced, multi-location, high-energy, customer-focused environment?

Do you excel at multi-tasking and time-management? Are you goal-driven and aspire to have a career and not just a job? Then we need to talk.

What are your responsibilities?

The Regional Director is a key role in developing and fostering the ongoing success and retention of our valued partner practices with a mission to drive earlier detection of breast cancer and save lives.

The Regional Director will have overall operational / P&L responsibility across 10-15 regional partnered sites. The role will work with partnered practice physicians, administrators, staff, and various members of the Onsite Women's Health organization to optimize the success of the partnered sites' breast health programs.

This position will also interact with radiologists and their staff, hospitals, and / or radiology imaging centers.

The ideal candidate will possess a well-balanced skillset that allows for successful independent and team interaction with a diverse range of partner practice personnel.

He or she will have the ability to develop working relationships with the internal and external customers critical to the goals of Onsite.

The candidate must have extensive experience supervising others in a fast-paced environment, be dependable, self-motivated, and able to problem solve quickly and effectively.

The candidate must also be able to manage conflicting priorities efficiently under pressure. The responsibilities of this position are multi-fold.

The Regional Director is highly involved in the new site implementation activities, marketing efforts, hiring / oversight of site support personnel, and the ongoing growth and operations of the sites in the assigned region.

The Regional Director will lead, direct, and oversee the Onsite staff of the partner practices and is directly responsible for monitoring and adjusting the site expense structure in alignment with volume of exams being performed.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Capacity for critical thinking and attention to detail
  • Proven experience working with clinicians and physician practices to collaborate and influence behaviors and outcomes
  • Able to analyze and comprehend financial data and quantitative metrics across portfolio of sites
  • Able to quickly establish, develop, and maintain close, productive working relationships with a diverse array of personnel (medical professionals to administrative support)
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities, ability to motivate and inspire direct reports and colleagues
  • Elevated business and interpersonal situational awareness and ability to take appropriate action
  • Experience within the healthcare industry, ideally within the OB / GYN, PCP, women's healthcare or diagnostic imaging sectors (especially breast health)
  • Ability to multi-task across multiple priorities
  • Proven self-starter
  • Strong computer skills; fluency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Working knowledge of various EHRs a plus
  • Strong oral presentation and written communication skills

Hours & Compensation

  • Exempt salary position with extended hours possibly required
  • Opportunity for performance bonus
  • Local and distance travel is required for this position; could be extensive at times

We are always interested in individuals who share our vision of service to women's health. If you are focused on personal and professional growth and wish to enhance your career with a unique environment, this might be the right opportunity for you!

We offer comprehensive benefits and a competitive salary.
