Part-Time Front Desk Greeter ($20 / hr)

Responsibilities :
- Answerphone calls, transfer calls, and take messages as needed
- Helpwith registration strategies, such as distributing guest identifications orstudent ID cards
- Helpwith managerial errands, like booking arrangements, overseeing mail, and takingcare of deliveries
- Handleprivate data with discretion and keep a high level of professionalism
Qualifications :
- Bachelor'sdegree in a related field
- 1-3yrsexperience in the related field
- Previousexperience in visitor services, customer service, or a related role is an asset
- Strongorganizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks andprioritize effectively
