Bar & Restaurant Manager (m / f / d)

Your tasks as Bar & Restaurant Manager :

• You lead the way as a motivating role model and are the first point of contact for your team's questions and concerns
• Your biggest goal is to strengthen teamwork, team cohesion and communication, especially with other areas such as Conference & Events Sales, Banqueting, Restaurant and Kitchen
• Through direct guest contact and the evaluation of feedback, you will continuously work on improving our guest experience
• With your flair for trends and social media, you will support our Sales & Marketing team with ideas and content creation for marketing the Pigeon Post Bar & Eatery
• You enjoy supporting and challenging your team
• You are also happy to take on administrative tasks such as rostering, staff planning or price calculation
• Agreeing and setting departmental targets, tasks and incentives
• Implementing, ensuring compliance with and realising Hilton quality, safety and service standards.
• As one of the unique Hilton Destination Bar's, your personal touch and creativity is also required here
• Efficient planning within the budget guidelines and planning of forecasts
• Compliance with and improvement of the high standards are important to you and thanks to you, , occupational safety and fire protection standards are maintained at all times
