Position : Human Resources Manager (RegionalManufacturing Operations)
TrisianGlobal Consulting LLC is recruiting for a HumanResources Manager for our clients multisite manufacturingoperations.
This role will play a crucial role in implementing HRstrategies / policies that align with business objectives andstrategically partnering with business unit leadership to providetimely guidance regarding human resource matters.
This is aregional support role and the successful candidate will be requiredto travel to various sites within the East region.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Provide direct HR support to an assigned region50% travel.
- Partner with local HR resources tooptimize recruiting & retention for hourly talent.
- Mentor and onboard local HR resources.
- Ensure compliance with all policies andprocedures.
- Assist in employee relationsissues including investigations discipline andgrievances.
- Determine root causes of turnoverby conducting interviews and developing plans to reduce turnover.
- Assist with training in the region and supportprogram and policy rollouts.
- Temporarilybackfill local HR resources as needed.
- Workclosely and collaboratively with Operations and Regional teams.
- Maintain compliance with all federal state& local employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degreein Human Resources or related field.
- 5 or moreyears HR Business Partner Generalist or HR Manager experience.
- 2 or more years of experience in either amanufacturing or distribution environment.
- Mustbe able to travel up to 50% via car and air when required.
- Strong organizational and recordkeeping skillswith the ability to prioritize andmultitask.
- Union Experiencerequired.
- Excellent interpersonal andcollaborative skills.

The HR Operations Managerrole is a regional support role and the successful candidate willbe located within the East region.
The primaryresponsibility of this position is to strategically partner withvarious business managers and provide topnotch timely guidanceregarding human resource matters.
What youlldo :
Provide direct HR support to an assignedregion of Lumber or OSB mills to include traveling to the sites upto 50%
Determine root causes of turnover byconducting interviews and developing plans to reduceturnover
Partner with local mill HR resources tooptimize recruiting & retention for hourly talent
Mentor and onboard local HR resources
Ensure compliance with all West Fraser policies andprocedures
Assist in employee relations issuesincluding investigations discipline and grievances
Assist with training in the region and support program andpolicy rollouts
Temporarily backfill local millHR resources as needed
Work closely andcollaboratively with all the Region GM and the Mill GMs
Maintain compliance with all federal state & localemployment laws and regulations
Special projectsand other duties as assigned
Qualifications youwill need :
Bachelors degree in Human Resourcesor related field
5 or more years HR BusinessPartner Generalist or HR Manager experience
2 ormore years of experience in either a manufacturing or distributionenvironment
Must be able to travel up to 50% viacar and air when required
Strong organizationaland recordkeeping skills with the ability to prioritize andmultitask
Excellent interpersonal andcollaborative skills
