Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Operations Manager to oversee our landscape maintenance and groundskeeping operations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing teams, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and implementing effective operational strategies to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Lead and manage a team of landscape maintenance professionals, ensuring they are well-trained and motivated.
- Oversee daily operations related to lawn care, tree care, irrigation, and garden maintenance.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure timely completion of all landscaping projects.
- Monitor the quality of work performed by team members, providing feedback and support as needed.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Manage inventory of landscaping supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for all projects.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to assess condition and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all operational activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Knowledge of horticulture practices, including tree care, lawn care, and irrigation systems.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
- A passion for building beautiful landscapes and maintaining outdoor environments.

Pay : $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
