General Description :
Coordinates all on site construction activities and supervises all field personnel as required to
successfully complete the project on schedule and within budget. This includes maintaining a
high standard of quality and production, supervising all trade and field personnel, while
administering good construction safety practices with all on-site activities. Maintains the job site
office and closes out projects.
Essential Functions :
Coordinates and supervises all construction activities.
Directs all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within
budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to original plans and specifications.
Maintains construction schedule, identifies and solves problems.
Orders materials and schedules inspections as necessary throughout the process.
Understands the project plans, and specifications.
Maintains positive relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers and other
employees.
Prepares, schedules and supervises completion of a final punch list.
Promotes job site safety, encourages safe work practices and rectifies job site hazards
immediately.
Ensures all company employees and contractors are adhering to the company safety
policy.
Maintains an organized job site, including the construction office.

Physical Demands :
Field / Jobsite Environment Standing, sitting, climbing, crawling, standing, crouching, bending,
pushing / pulling, walking on uneven surfaces, and exposure to loud noises are to be expected
on a jobsite environment. This position is predominately outdoors at an Industrial Construction
Site. Exposure to extreme hot or cold outside temperatures is possible.
Position Type / Expected Work Hours :
This is a full-time, salaried position. Days and hours of work vary from each jobsite. Occasional
evening / weekend work or travel may be required as job duties demand.
Required Education and Experience :
7+ years of field experience and / or Degree in Construction Management
Encouraged to hold NCCER Certification in Industrial Carpentry or willing to test
Experienced in managing multiple projects
Experienced in scheduling, ordering, field supervision, quality control, and production of
all phases of construction
Industry Related Requirements :
Must hold a valid TWIC Card
Must hold a valid OSHA Basic Plus
Must be able to pass all Safety Council related courses
Must undergo Pre-Employment Screening (physical, drug & alcohol screen, audiogram,
fit test if applicable)
Must hold a valid Drivers License to operate company equipment and / or vehicles
