Overview of the Application Support Specialist role :
- Maintaining and troubleshooting applications
- Support of Core applications and systems
- Addressing and resolving errors
- Communication with users, application owners, and senior stakeholders
- Improve application stability and performance
- Observe patterns and recurring issues
- Advise on permanent fixes and solutions
Preferred Qualifications for the Application Support Specialist :
- Proven application support experience
- Knowledge in scripting languages - JavaScript, Python
