We are looking for a full-time Team Lead who is hardworking, enjoys working in a team environment, and serves others well.

JOB DUTIES : Oversee the mowing team and be accountable for all team members and properties. Provide weekly lawn care for residential and commercial properties.
Ensure that certain standards are met and maintained throughout the mowing season. Perform mowing, string trimming, leaf raking, shrub trimming, annual planting, mulching, porter services, weeding, cleaning and maintaining equipment, landscaping, and snow plowing in the winter.
Work a typical 40-hour week, although hours may vary by season REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS : Lawn mowing experience Must have a current Indiana driver's license Must be able to pass a drug screening test Be able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly Be comfortable spending 8+ hours a day outside Have a good eye for detail Have a strong desire to serve customers well and build relationships Be able to operate machinery such as zero-turn mowers, walk behind mowers, weed eaters, backpack blowers, hedge trimmers, and snow plows Be on time, reliable, and have your own transportation BENEFITS INCLUDE : Year-long employment Medical benefits Vacation time Opportunities for advancement
