This full-time position for the Administrative Manager is to direct non-medical operations in a clinical environment. Sexual health is our business and excellence empower our mission.
We operate in Objectives and Key Results (OKR) environment that is data informed. This role facilitates robust operations, managing non-medical processes to meet outcome-based performance standards.
The administrative manager is responsible for crisp daily operations, maintenance of schedules, policy adherence, escalation of performance issues to the HR Director for resolution and assisting with billing and claims.
The administrative manager compliments and balances the medical team through accountability for operational and logistical performance.
