Job Description
Cooper Auto Group is accepting applications for a results-oriented Internet Sales Manager to lead our online sales department at one our retail dealerships in the OKC metro area.
The Internet Sales Manager will oversee all online sales activities; manage a team of internet sales consultants and business development coordinators in order to increase conversion rate of online and digital clients.
- Manage internet process standards
- Manage online sales activities to increase leads and internet based sales volume.
- Monitor and analyze online sales data and conversion metrics.
- Ensure prompt response to all internet customer inquiries.
- Recruit, train and develop a team of internet sales consultants and business development coordinators.
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute and optimize marketing campaigns.
- Conduct and engage in regular training / coaching sessions.
Qualifications
- Proven leader and manager with tangible and intangible skills to train, develop and exceed performance metrics.
- Past experience with proven results as an Internet Sales Manager at an automotive retail dealership.
- Professional appearance. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
- Ability to leverage data to generate revenue growth.
