WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING THE ROLE- Top-Notch Sales Representative- Home Improvement Are you a salesperson that’s motivated, can build trust and establish rapport with a customer easily?
Are you a great brand ambassador and able to identify the customer’s needs to a superior product? Then join an exciting and successful team in the Greater Hampton Roads Area! Our current Reps are making $125,000 - $250,000 / year.
Schedule is Monday to Friday - Weekend availability.
- Conduct in-home window and door presentations with homeowners
- Use the tools, training, and sales methodology to create a connection with the customer and offer our window and door replacements products
- Have industry leading product samples, technology and support to assist you in closing the sale
- Run pre-qualified and confirmed leads

- Valid Virginia Driver’s License and reliable transportation

- Home Improvement or In-home sales experience preferred, but not required
- Available to run homeowner appointments on evenings and some weekends
- Strong focus on exceeding customers’ expectations
