SUMMARY
The Associate Incentive Specialist will be responsible for having direct oversight and management of the following programs : CLient Rewards, distributor invoice verification, and builder filebacks.
In this role, the Associate Incentive Specialist will be asked to build strong relationships with client's contractors, builders, distributors, sales team, and other departments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES :
Be a point of contact for contractors, builders, distributors and the sales force to resolve escalated issues related to the status of submissions, invoice eligibility, and discrepancies in incentive payouts versus expected payouts.
Work autonomously with sales and / or marketing to coordinate program activities including the processing of contractor / builder incentive plans
Actively participate in cross functional initiatives including, but not limited to :
Manage new vendor setups
Maintain existing vendor relationships
Provide monthly account balances of accruals and payments
Coordinate general ledger reconciliation with accounting
Expansion of rebate data feeds with IT
Analyze data to report on program KPIs related to total payout information, contractor status, and product purchase quantities and identify key themes for escalation.
Become subject matter expert for one or more of the following programs :
Client Rewards
Builder rebates
Invoice Verification
Identify revenue leakage and opportunities for process improvement
