JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Manage and resolve challenging issues for the ServiceNow platform.
- Serve as the first escalation point within the technical support team.
- Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their requests / cases.
- Quickly learn and understand the ServiceNow platform to effectively troubleshoot issues.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer service skills in a customer-facing role.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Experience with writing and debugging JavaScript code or similar programming languages.
- Working knowledge of Web Technologies (Apache, Tomcat, HTML, XML, JSON).
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
