Job Description Summary :

The Specialist supports the Manager of Strategy & Planning in developing, executing, and monitoring strategic initiatives and business planning processes throughout the organization.

This role focuses on conducting detailed business analysis, supporting the identification of growth opportunities, and assisting in the recommendation of strategic directions to align initiatives with the company’s overall vision and goals.

Job Description :

The Specialist assists in the development and execution of corporate strategic initiatives and supports the Manager as a key contributor to strategic matters.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to support complex business analyses.

The Specialist will be involved in conducting market research, trend analysis, and competitive assessments to support informed strategic decisions.

Working closely with different departments, the Specialist helps ensure that strategic plans are effectively integrated across the organization, contributing to growth, innovation and operational improvements.

This role supports the long-term strategic objectives of the company, assisting in making recommendations that guide the organization toward achieving its vision and goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Support for Strategic Planning : Assist in the strategic planning process, including supporting the development of the company’s mid / long-term strategy, helping set objectives, and identifying ways to achieve these goals.
• Market Analysis : Support in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats that could impact the business, and assist in recommending adjustments to the company's strategic direction.
• Financial Modeling : Assist in developing and maintaining financial models to support strategic initiatives, including forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis.
• Performance Monitoring : Help establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for strategic initiatives and monitor progress against these metrics, assisting in providing regular reports to senior management on the status of strategic projects.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Assist in communicating strategic plans and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including preparing materials for presentations to executive leadership and the board of directors.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with different departments to support the alignment of strategic plans with departmental goals and facilitate effective implementation across the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in strategic planning, business analysis, or management consulting, preferably with some exposure to large-scale operations.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively articulating ideas to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across functional teams.
• Creative and strategic thinker with a strong problem-solving orientation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), with experience in business intelligence and planning software being a plus.

The anticipated compensation range is

21.50 - 39.75 USD Hourly

Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location.

The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
