Are you a logistics professional with experience in transportation and supply chain management? We’re looking for a Logistics Coordinator who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and excels at ensuring timely, cost-effective deliveries.
In this role, you’ll coordinate commercial, military, and international shipments while supporting a high-performing logistics team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, handling daily inquiries.
- Create and manage shipments using commercial and government transportation systems.
- Ensure shipping documentation is accurate and well-maintained.
- Provide administrative support for supply chain and logistics teams.
- Mentor and train team members on freight processes.
- Maintain and update reports, metrics, and records to ensure smooth operations.
- Proactively address shipment delays or issues, escalating as needed.
What We’re Looking For :
- Minimum Qualifications :
- Associate degree or high school diploma with at least 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain.
- Experience with transportation management, including carrier / broker services.
- Strong problem-solving skills, punctuality, and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Previous logistics experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Exceptional time-management and organizational abilities, with the flexibility to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
