This is a remote position.
A Travel Agency Owner is responsible for establishing and managing a travel agency overseeing daily operations and ensuring the delivery of highquality travel services.
This role involves developing business strategies creating travel packages managing client relationships and leading a team of travel agents.
The owner is also in charge of financial management marketing and staying informed about industry trends to drive growth and profitability.
Skills and Requirements :
- Proven experience in the travel industry or business management.
- A startup fee is required
- Strong leadership sales and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Financial management experience including budgeting and accounting.
- Familiarity with travel booking systems
- Ability to develop and maintain partnerships with suppliers.
- Marketing skills including digital marketing and social media.
Qualifications :
- Must be legally eligible to work in the USA.
- Knowledge of local and international travel destinations is a plus.
