- Manage day to day HR / ER operations within correctionalfacility
- Manage employee relations inclusive of investigationsand personal matters
- Be point of contact for employees inclusive ofcustodial roles and other positions
- Maintainconfidentiality
- Maintain various MS Excel spreadsheets
- Attend Operations& Safety Meetings
Job Qualifications :
- High Schooldiploma or equivalent
- 35 years of related experience
- Experience atcorrectional facility a plus
- Ability to handle challengingsituations / environment and with compassion
