Key Responsibilities : Manage a team of Enablement professionals focused on Account Management, Customer Success, and Product EnablementDevelop and implement enablement programs to drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunitiesCollaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align enablement initiatives with revenue growth strategiesRequired Qualifications : Proven management experience in Revenue / GTM Enablement or Customer Success EnablementExpertise in developing playbooks and training programs that impact revenue growthStrong track record of enabling customer-facing teams to increase retention and expansionAbility to measure success through KPIs related to revenue growth from the install baseExperience in SaaS, B2B, or similar industries where expansion within the install base is crucial
