A company is looking for a VP of Revenue Enablement & Productivity.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a robust enablement strategy to enhance revenue team effectivenessBuild and manage a sales onboarding program to accelerate new hire productivityPartner with sales leadership and other teams to create and improve training curricula and certification programsRequired Qualifications10+ years of experience in Revenue / Sales Enablement, with at least 6 years in SaaS companiesProven track record in designing and managing successful onboarding and enablement programsDeep understanding of sales methodologies and proficiency with sales enablement toolsExperience in organizational change and implementing enablement frameworksStrong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to sales performance enhancement
