- Conduct cold calls to property owners and effectively communicate with them.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions using Podio CRM.

Requirements
Requirements :
- Fluent in speaking and writing in English.
- Basic understanding of real estate with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the field.
- Proficiency in using Smart Dialer.
- Familiarity with Podio CRM is a big plus
- Technological capabilities : Webcam headset with noise cancellation minimum 8 GB RAM minimum i5 or equivalent processor.
