Technical Architect - NY, NJ

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in designing and implementing complex solutions, with a keen ability to document architectural frameworks and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

As a Technical Architect, you will play a crucial role in shaping our technology strategy and ensuring the successful execution of architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Architectural Design and Solutioning :

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable, reliable, and secure technical architectures that align with business goals.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and tools that best fit project requirements.
• Create and maintain architectural blueprints, including high-level designs, detailed specifications, and integration diagrams.

Documentation :

• Develop comprehensive architecture documentation, including design documents, system overviews, and process flows.
• Ensure documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
• Produce clear and detailed reports on architectural decisions, risk assessments, and project status.

Communication and Collaboration :

• Act as a liaison between technical teams, management, and clients to ensure alignment on project objectives and requirements.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate architectural concepts and design decisions effectively.
• Address and resolve architectural issues, providing guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Strategic Planning :

• Contribute to the development of technology strategies and roadmaps that align with organizational goals.
• Analyze industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and innovations.
• Participate in the evaluation and selection of software and hardware solutions.

Quality Assurance :

• Ensure architectural solutions adhere to best practices, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform reviews and audits of architecture and design to maintain high quality and consistency.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and technical staff.

Qualifications :

• Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience : Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Technical Architect or in a similar role with a proven track record in architectural design and solutioning.
• Technical Skills : Expertise in specific technologies, platforms, or methodologies relevant to your organization . Proficiency in architecture documentation tools and frameworks.

Strong understanding of software development life cycles and methodologies (., Agile, DevOps).

Soft Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Proven experience in managing stakeholder expectations and delivering solutions on time.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Certifications in relevant technologies or methodologies (., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
