- Handling the litigation of a caseload from inception totrial.
- Making court deposition and motionappearances in NY.
- Mentoring JuniorAssociates.
Experience you willneed :
- At least 8 years experiencein plaintiffs personal injury litigation.
- Experience in the litigation of Labor Law (Constructioninjury) cases is a definite.
- Must have provenexperience in New York construction law accident cases as well aspremises cases.
- Admitted to practice in NewYork.
