Job Summary
Job Description
- Leads the detection and documentation software failures, anomalies, and issues to identify and correct defects.
- Tracks identified issues and verifies resolution.
- Leads work to resolve provider portal authorization tasks.
- Submits Ivanti incident / Service Request tickets for issues discovered.
- Tracks identified issues through the ticketing process and verifies resolution.
- Logs JIRA items to be reviewed, researched and monitored.
- Monitors for post-implementation issues.
- Assists leadership with identifying needs for unit training. Organizes and develops training content and may conduct training for the unit.
- Ensures that service disruptions are reported immediately.
- Leads unit and project related meetings as needed.
- Conducts research relating to the development of the modernization systems.
- Reports project risks and issues to supervisor in a timely manner.
- Completes project status reports, as assigned.
- Communicates relevant information to project team as needed; coordinates document distribution to all team members.
- Prepares, interprets, and clarifies eligibility policies and procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the project.
- Handle system errors generated by LaMEDS.
- Assists with post production monitoring reports.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor's degree or six years of professional experience in lieu of degree.
- Minimum one years of professional experience working in an office environment.
- Excellent analytical skills; effective organizational and time management skills.
- Great attention to detail and follow up.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to set, follow, and meet deadlines.
DESIRE QUALIFICATIONS :
- Advanced degree.
- Two years of professional experience in healthcare field, Medicaid eligibility, or Medicaid program support.
- Two years of professional experience in the support of the LaMEDS implementation.
- Two years of professional experience in a help desk environment troubleshooting technical and non-technical issues.
- Two years of experience presenting information to technical and non-technical audiences.
