As a TA Consultant, you will :
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to closing.
- Demonstrate expertise in sourcing candidates using various methods, including headhunting, social media, referrals (internal and external), and job boards.
- Qualify requirements, secure commitment, and agree on timescales with precision.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring the delivery of a seamless recruitment service.
- Understand the business needs and individual hiring manager requirements, effectively matching Resumes to these needs.
- Possess a solid understanding of interview fundamentals.
- Conduct thorough closing calls, providing hiring managers with insights and addressing any concerns.
- Engage stakeholders by effectively presenting and advocating for candidates.
- Fully comprehend the recruiter’s role and articulate it persuasively, along with explaining what sets Phaidon International apart in the market
