Seeking a dedicated, full-time leader to support, coach, motivate and hold accountable a team of field sales professionals.
The Regional Sales Lead candidate will be expected to grow and manage a combination of emerging and successful established markets.
The Regional Sales Lead is responsible for assisting and monitoring field sales professionals to ensure they follow proper safety protocols and meet monthly and yearly sales goals while establishing relationships with prospective and key clientele.

Requirements
Responsibilities Include :
Supervising & driving all sales activities
Goal setting and development planning
Recruiting and training team members
Reporting to the VP of Industrial and Manufacturing
Job Requirements :
Candidates must possess exceptional leadership skills and know how to build and manage a dynamic sales team and support personnel.
Other requirements include :
Ability to travel as needed
Excellent organizational skills
Exceptional communication skills
Be self-motivated and goal oriented
Successful sales management track record
Industry knowledge is a plus
