Barbacks will aid our Bartenders with all Bartender support related tasks. As a Barback, you will not be responsible for serving or creating drinks.
Responsibilities :
o Prepare fruit / garnishments for all cocktails on the menu
o Restock inventory including beer, liquor, wine, juices, glassware, etc.
o Ensure that all proper sanitation practices are enforced when taking care of the bar
o When needed, deliver cocktails to guest in a timely fashion
Knowledge & Skills :
o Strong verbal communication skills in order to help our Bartenders execute the proper creation of cocktails
o Ability to multi-task in order to keep up with a fast-paced restaurant environment
