Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior System Administrator to lead the development and maintenance of network communications.
This role requires experience in LAN / WAN systems to support both internal and external networks, as well as the ability to test and evaluate network systems for improvements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead in the development and maintenance of network communications.
- Use knowledge of LAN / WAN systems to support internal and external networks.
- Test and evaluate network systems to eliminate problems and make necessary improvements.
- Oversee all System Administrator activities, assign duties to other personnel on various projects, and direct other personnel's work.
- Ensure long-term requirements of systems operations and administration are included in the overall information systems planning of the organization.
- Manage the installation, maintenance, configuration, and integrity of computer software.
- Implement operating system enhancements that improve the reliability and performance of the system.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience is required.
- An active secret security clearance is required.
- The candidate must possess at least one of the following certifications : MCSA, MCSE, Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, CompTIA Linux+, or Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA)
- A CompTIA Security+ CE certification is required.
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
