HR Compliance Associate- Philadelphia PA
Location : Philadelphia PA 19104
Project Duration : 3+Months Contract
Duties :
- This position works in sync with the HR Compliance Specialist providing guidance, employee assistance and project management support for CHOP's Child Protective Services Law (CPSL) clearances renewal program.
- The HR Compliance Associate is responsible for providing tier one resource support on all CPSL policies, processes, and procedures.
- This is a hybrid role.
- Due to the nature of the work, this role will be required to be onsite at least one to two days per week.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal, listening, verbal and written communication skills; must be detailed oriented;
and interact effectively with all levels of staff and management.
Education :
Associates Degree Required.
