Check-in patient upon arrival in the practice. Identifyha rts, medicalrecords, reports, petty cash and collections bag. File hiss associated withdaily clinic preparation process, patient identification, patient checkin / out, charge posting, cash management and patient appond obtain signature as required by policy and procedure.
Completes allMaein tmentscheduling. Position also involves customer service, messagedistrda ta. EditMaestro Care as needed.

Work Performed
Prepare for clinic visits by reviewing ibution, ancillary scheduling and preparation and referralsmanagement.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong verbdelivermessages to physicians, nurses andothers. Report obtained medicabilling to patientsaccording to PRMO credit and collection policies.
Dehysician and scheduling tests and procedures.Answer telephone, take andships with others. Must be able to applyspecificdepartmental policies rganize and prioritize work, provide oral andwritten instructions, interact tactful ly with customers and establishand maintain effective relationg payments and maintainingrecords and forms.
Level Characterc chart docume ntsand requisition / transmittal documents. Copy,file and dprocedures as requested. Maintain private physicianoffice charts.
Preparenext day patie nts andcompleting next day preparation activities. Enterl information fr om patients and referringphysicians accurately, completeistribute insura nce cards as indicated by procedure.

Minimum Qualifications
Education
Work requires knowledge of basic grammar and mathematical principles normally acquired through high school education
Experience
Minimum of one year of work experience in directly communicating and activities. providing service to patients or public;
preferably in a healthcare related field. Experience in effectively coordinating multiple tasks or
