Are you a tech-savvy people person with great organizational skills? We're looking for the brightest sales superstars passionate individuals who know the latest beauty, fashion, sporting goods, and e-commerce trends to join our team.

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will focus on helping grow the agency through outbound lead generation.

We expect our Sales Development Representatives to reach out to potential clients in writing and on the phone, so you should be extremely confident in your ability to communicate with C-Suite executives.

In this role, you will hear no often confidence, resilience, and grit are the keys to success.

This is an in-office role based in Boise, Idaho*

To get an interview for this position, you must be :

  • A motivated, results-oriented team player who can successfully collaborate with multiple personality types and communicate with all levels of the organization cross-functionally.
  • A self-starter who can think critically, multi-task, and keep up in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to convey compelling messages and transform complex concepts into clear communications.
  • Be focused and ready to deliver on keyword strategy, analytics, and data to achieve budgets and win over stakeholders.

What we are looking for in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) :

  • 3+ years of sales, account executive, or lead generation experience required
  • Familiar with Apollo, Outreach, Salesforce, or other CRM tools
  • You love Sales Navigator and are an expert on LinkedIn
  • Exceptional cold calling skills with the ability to book meetings
  • Excited to be part of a fast-growing company and grow your career
  • You are a team player who enjoys a collaborative sales environment
  • Goal oriented, winning or losing, you're never giving up
  • Passionate about digital marketing and helping brands grow!

Compensation

VELOX Media is proud to offer our Sales Development Representative (SDR) team uncapped sales commissions with zero clawbacks and no probationary period before you start earning.

We have a simple structure, every meeting you book is paid out, AND you get an additional payout for every one of your deals that closes.

Base + commission, you are in control of your earning potential. Uncapped.
