Position : Enterprise Architect (Retail Systemsand Applications)

Client : Harman International

Location : North Ridge CA(Remote)

Pay Rate : $80 / hr. onC2C

Duration : 3Months

Summary :

We are looking for an experienced and skilled architectfor a short term of 3 months to join our team and help us reviewthe Retail Systems and Applications of our customers for B2B andB2C.

You will be responsible for analyzing the current state of thetools and technologies used by our customers such as ERP CRMAnalytics Customer Service application etc.

and assessing theirlevel of maturity. You will also provide an assessment report thatincludes the strengths weaknesses opportunities and threats of theexisting systems and applications as well as the recommendations toimprove them and achieve a higher level of maturity.

Responsibilities :

• Review the Retail Systems and Applications of thecustomers for B2B and B2C and understand their business goalsprocesses and requirements.
• Analyze the toolsand technologies used by the customers such as ERP CRM AnalyticsCustomer Service application etc. and evaluate their level ofmaturity based on the industry standards and bestpractices.
• Identify the gaps issues risks andchallenges of the current systems and applications and providesolutions and alternatives to address them.
• Prepare an assessment report that summarizes the findingsinsights and recommendations for improving the maturity of thetools and technologies.
• Present the assessmentreport to the customers and stakeholders and explain the rationaleand benefits of the proposed solutions.
• Carryout the assignment as an individual contributor with a need toregularly interact with the key customer stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the projectteams and customers throughout the implementation and deploymentphases.
• Stay updated with the latest trendsand developments in the Retail Systems and Applications domain andincorporate them into the solutions as appropriate.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree or higher in Computer ScienceEngineering or related field.
• At least 8 yearsof experience as an architect in the Retail Systems andApplications domain.
• Strong knowledge andexpertise in the tools and technologies used by the customers suchas ERP CRM Analytics Customer Service application etc.
• Proven experience in conducting maturity assessments andproviding recommendations for improvement.
• Excellent communication presentation and interpersonalskills.
• Ability to work independently and aspart of a team.
• Ability to manage multipleprojects and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to workunder pressure and meet deadlines.
• Certification in relevant technologies or frameworks is aplus.
