Purpose : Student employment fosters a positive environment for students to gain work experience while supporting their academics and assisting with the financial expense of higher education. Essential Functions :

Maintain stocking level of reception area brochures including : degree brochures, session schedules and student administrative forms;

stock student lounge with supplies

  • Create new session schedules
  • Develop classroom assignment sheets
  • Create new student orientation folders
  • Perform first review of PowerPoint slides before final review and posting on the student lounge digital monitor
  • Create proctor sign in rosters; monitor office supplies and make list of items for ordering
  • Assist with scanning and copying
  • Assist with accounts payable activities
  • Help with week 1 and week 2 attendance tracking matrix and proof instructors attendance packets each session
  • Answer calls and make phone calls as required
  • Assist with special projects as assigned.

Qualifications :

  • Work Study Eligible.
  • Must Complete FAFSA (Domestic Students)
  • Enrolled / Attending at least half-time for regular semester sessions.
  • Must not be on Financial Aid Suspension or Academic Suspension.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information.
