What You'll Do

Position Summary

The Sr. Manager of Clinical Operations is pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of clinical care, regulatory compliance, and credentialing within Suvida Healthcare.

In this role, you will optimize clinical workflows, oversee staff training, prioritize occupational health, and manage credentialing processes.

Reporting directly to the VP of Clinical Operations, this position requires up to 50% travel and may encompass additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing clinical workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing streamlined processes.
  • Collaborate with department heads to design and implement innovative strategies for enhancing clinical efficiency.
  • Regularly assess clinical practices, identifying barriers to efficiency, and devising solutions to mitigate challenges.
  • Develop comprehensive training modules for clinical staff, emphasizing quality care, ,patient-centered approaches and work with the compliance sector to confirm adherence to any applicable regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct regular clinical training sessions, ensuring staff proficiency in the latest healthcare practices and standards.
  • Oversee training materials development and implementation in Suvida Healthcare's Learning Management System for all clinical staff.
  • Provide ongoing support and mentorship to clinical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Oversee occupational health programs, including vaccinations, and screenings, ensuring the well-being of Suvida"s workforce.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to design customized wellness initiatives, promoting a healthy work environment and reducing absenteeism.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of occupational health programs, making data-driven adjustments to optimize outcomes.
  • Stay abreast of industry standard clinical protocols and strategies - including identifying potential gaps from a clinical perspective of risks and work with the compliance sector to propose solutions.
  • Regularly update the VP of Clinical Operations on changes in industry standard clinical processes and its implications on Suvida"s practices.
  • Prepare detailed reports on clinical efficiency metrics, barriers to efficiency, and company clinical operations status for review by the VP of Clinical Operations.
  • Represent Suvida in meetings with external stakeholders, as applicable , communicating Suvida"s commitment to clinical excellence and compliance.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams within Suvida to ensure seamless communication and alignment of clinical and credentialing goals.
  • Additional responsibilities as directed by the VP of Clinical Operations.
  • Travel required up to 50% to all various Suvida Centers.

What You'll Bring

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Experience in clinical policy, compliance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) proficiency preferred.
  • Outstanding leadership and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office platforms, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Education, Experience, Licensure, or Certification Requirements

Bachelor's degree required. Bachelor"s degree in healthcare

administration, public health, or a related field preferred.

Master's degree in healthcare administration, public health, or a related field preferred.
